The hotel is fancy and fairly large with extremely helpful and very friendly staff. The rooms are pet-friendly and great-sized with fireplaces, so that guests have essentials. The breakfast is generous, and the location is stunning right by a restaurant and bar, and the Texas Hill Country. The property provides good service.

The hotel is reasonably clean. The staff is really helpful. The room is good-sized and the bed is comfortable. The location is stunning and amazing, just 1 mile from Sculpture Prayer Garden. Excellent dishes can be found in the lobby restaurant. It is undoubtedly a unique and fancy option when in Kerrville.

Liked the Texas theme. The rooms were fairly spacious. The back sliding glass doors, adjacent to parking, made packing and unpacking a breeze.
The hotel just needs some cosmetic updating, fresh paint, total bath remodel. And definitely new mattresses are in order.
